I'm Jeremy LaHaie - an independent mortgage professional in Winnipeg, serving clients across Manitoba, including Ste Anne, Steinbach, and Southeast Manitoba. My whole job is to take the maze of lenders and fine print off your plate and bring back a mortgage that actually fits your life.
I've always had a real interest in personal finance - budgeting, saving, investing, debt repayment, and mortgages. The math behind it has been a hobby long before it was a career.
Before mortgages I spent years as an athletic therapist and a paramedic - careers built around helping people through stressful moments and explaining complicated things in plain language. Turns out a mortgage needs the same approach.
So that's what I do now: take something that feels overwhelming, break it down so it makes sense, and stick around long after the deal closes - for the renewal in five years, the refinance after a renovation, the questions in between. Same number, same Jeremy.
